[Mayfield] Karkat's Safe Housing List

((I will be updating this about monthly, and saying that Karkat will send out another letter at that time. I may not post ICly every time this updates! If you want to be added or if you know someone has dropped who is on here, reply with an OOC comment and I'll change the information on there when it updates so this will stay current.
ICly, this is a typewritten notice, so I used Karkat's manner of typing in all caps and grey for it. If that bothers you, I at least have the first part of the list available here.
OOCly, how this will ideally work is during an event or plot, if you want to plot with someone, you can look a neighbor or someone up from the housing post and send a PM! If they are available, maybe you can arrange for your character to stay with theirs and make some new CR (:B ))
